Penjualan motor listrik di awal tahun cukup tersendat imbas tidak adanya subsidi Rp 7 juta dari pemerintah. Pantauan CNBC Indonesia di dua diler motor listrik wilayah Jakarta Selatan pada Senin (13/1/2024) minim pengunjung yang datang.
Salah satu diler mengungkapkan bahwa dia tidak berani menyetok motor listrik terlalu banyak. karena belum adanya program subsidi dari pemerintah.
“Kita nggak berani ambil banyak sekarang, misalnya Volta 401 kita sedia satu warna aja, memang ada warna lain takutnya nggak ke jual,” kata tenaga penjual Volta kepada CNBC Indonesia.
Keputusan Diler untuk tidak menyetok banyak karena masyarakat banyak yang menunggu motor dengan harga subsidi. Sebagai gambaran harga Volta 401 tanpa subsidi di Rp 17 jutaan, namun dengan subsidi hanya Rp 10 jutaan.
“Market yang udah kebentuk ini udah beranggapan harga subsidi, makanya ketika subsidi nggak ada dianggapnya tinggi,” sebut tenaga penjual tersebut.
Karenanya brand berupaya untuk membuat program misalnya memberikan baterai tambahan senilai Rp 6,5 juta dan tambahan cashback Rp 500 ribu. Sedangkan jika memilih satu baterai ada potongan cashback Rp 3,5 juta.
Diler lainnya pun mengakui bahwa keberadaan subsidi menjadi faktor besar bagi masyarakat dalam mengambil kendaraannya.
“Agak tersendat karena udah nggak ada subsidi, kita nggak tau kapan ada lagi karena itu pemerintah, tapi akhirnya banyak yang nunggu, jadi ketahan,” kata tenaga penjual motor listrik Smoot.
