Kepala Eksekutif Pengawas Pasar Modal, Keuangan Derivatif dan Bursa Karbon (PMDK) Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Inarno Djajadi mengatakan penghimpunan dana penawaran umum telah mencapai Rp 219 triliun hingga akhir November 2024
Nilai Penawaran umum dikumpulkan dari 34 emiten yang melakukan fund raising. Dari nilai tersebut, total initial public offering (IPO) mencapai Rp 51,2 triliun.
“Penghimpunan dana nilai penawaran umum Rp 219 triliun, dimana di antaranya 34 emiten baru yang melakukan fund rising dan IPO Rp 51,2 triliun,” kata Inarno, dalam RDK, Jumat (13/12/2024).
Menurut data BEI per 29 November 2024, sebanyak 39 Perusahaan telah tercatat di bursa. Adapun dana dihimpun mencapai Rp5.87 triliun.
Untuk perusahaan aset skala kecil, yang asetnya tercatat dibawah Rp50 Miliar, BEI mencatat ada 2 calon emiten yang mengantre. Sementara di aset skala menengah, dengan aset antara Rp50 Miliar-Rp250 Miliar, terdapat 6 emiten.
“Sementara 17 Perusahaan aset skala besar. Atau aset diatas Rp250 Miliar,” ungkap Direktur Penilaian Perusahaan BEI I Gede Nyoman Yetna kepada wartawan, dikutip Senin, (2/11/2024).
Adapun rincian sektor emiten dalam pipeline IPO tersebut adalah sebagai berikut:

• 3 Perusahaan dari sektor Consumer Cyclicals;
• 5 Perusahaan dari sektor Consumer Non-Cyclicals;

Dalam kesempatan ini, OJK juga mencatat pasar saham domestik hingga akhir November masih melemah 6,07% secara bulanan (mtd/month to date), ke level 7.114 dan secara tahun kalender, tetapi IHSG masih minus 2,18% (ytd). Sementara itu, perolehan dana asing mengalami net sell Rp 16,81 triliun (mtd/month to date). Namun, secara tahun kalender, dana asing masih mencatatkan net buy Rp 21,56 triliun.
