Sejumlah santri mengikuti kegiatan Olimpiade Santri Nusantara (OSN) 2024 yang diselenggarakan oleh Pondok Pesantren Al Falah, Desa Ploso, Kecamatan Mojo, Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur. – Ribuan santri se-Nusantara mengikuti final Olimpiade Santri Nusantara (OSN) 2024 yang diselenggarakan oleh Pondok Pesantren Al Falah, Desa Ploso, Kecamatan Mojo, Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur, dalam rangka memperingati 100 tahun pesantren tersebut.
Panitia Harlah 1 Abad PP Al Falah K.H. Iffatul Lathoif (Gus Thoif) mengemukakan bahwa OSN tidak hanya menjadi ajang perlombaan, tetapi juga sarana mempererat ukhuwah Islamiyah antarpesantren di Nusantara dan menampilkan potensi luar biasa generasi muda Islam.
“OSN sebagai wadah aktualisasi diri bagi para santri. Persembahan Muhafadzoh oleh para santri Al Falah menjadi salah satu momen yang menggugah, menampilkan keindahan hafalan dan pemahaman kitab,” kata Gus Thoif dalam keterangannya di Kediri, Rabu.
Ia menambahkan acara OSN yang sebelumnya diselenggarakan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia dari berbagai zona ini diikuti oleh 3.200 santri. Dilakukan tahap seleksi di berbagai zona. Untuk putaran final diikuti oleh kurang lebih 833 santri atau peserta dari berbagai penjuru Nusantara.
Sementara itu, Pengasuh Ponpes Al Falah Ploso, Kabupaten Kediri K.H. Muhammad Ma’mun memberikan pesan mendalam tentang pentingnya ilmu, akhlak, dan persaudaraan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
“Alhamdulillah semifinal dan final OSN kita laksanakan dalam rangka 100 tahun Al Falah Ploso. Kiai Djazuli itu lahir bukan dari seorang ulama besar. Tapi istikomah beliau lah yang menjadikan beliau besar. Bagaimana bayangkan dalam sehari beliau mengaji 14-17 kitab tanpa jeda. Maka semangat OSN adalah menggaris bawahi yang muasis lakukan yakni melestarikan ngaji, meneguhkan khidmah Al Falah untuk bangsa,” kata K.H. Ma’mun.
Dalam kegiatan itu, terdapat berbagai cabang lomba keilmuan dan seni Islami. Para peserta diuji tidak hanya pada kemampuan intelektual, tetapi juga pada keterampilan seni dan spiritualitas.
Beberapa cabang lomba yang digelar antara lain Musabaqoh Qiroatil Kutub. Peserta membaca dan memahami kitab-kitab klasik yang meliputi Fathul Qorib, Shohih Bukhori, Tafsir Jalalain, Ihya Ulumiddin.
Kemudian Musabaqoh Hifdzil Nadzm. Lomba ini menguji hafalan bait-bait nadzom yang meliputi Aqidatul Awam, Alfiyah Ibn Malik, Aqidatul Awam Jauharul Maknun.
Kemudian Musabaqoh Tilawatil Quran dan Hifdzil Quran. Peserta diuji pada kefasihan membaca dan kedalaman hafalan Al-Quran, menampilkan kecintaan mereka pada Kitabullah.
Lalu, debat Tematik Antar Ma’had Aly. Para peserta memperdebatkan isu-isu tematik berbasis keilmuan dan aktualitas, melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis, argumentasi, dan komunikasi. Ada juga kreasi nasyid modern.
Ia menambahkan, rangkaian acara OSN 2024 akan mencapai puncaknya pada malam penutupan, Kamis, 12 Desember 2024. Penutupan akan diisi dengan berbagai persembahan seni, termasuk nasyid dan penampilan banjari, yang menjadi ciri khas kreativitas santri.
Untuk pengumuman juara akan digelar pada 12 Desember 2024. Hingga puncak acara 1 Januari 2025 yang rencananya akan disampaikan oleh Menteri Agama Republik Indonesia, Prof. Dr. Nasaruddin Umar, MA.
