Perlu diketahui, Lotte Mall Jakarta berada di kawasan superblok Ciputra World 1. Ciputra World sendiri merupakan megasuperblok yang terdiri dari 2 superblok yaitu Ciputra World 1 Jakarta di kavling 3-5, Ciputra World 2 Jakarta di kavling 11.
